HOW DOES COACHING WORK?

Think outside the box.  Get inspired and motivated like never before because you have an experienced coach and built-in accountability. Dr. Bren will guide you through

Remember the Ice Bucket Challenge in 2014? People all over the world made videos of someone dumping a bucket of ice on them. We all had a laugh and the people receiving the ice-down their backs and their followers donated to the ALS foundation, fulfilling the dream of Patrick Quinn. Quinn, the originator of the fundraising challenge, had been diagnosed with ALS in 2013. He dreamed of helping fund ALS research, hoping to inspire those who might be facing trials like that. Who knew that the Ice Bucket Challenge would go viral? Quinn raised 220 million dollars. 

 

WHO IS INVOLVED?

You decide. I coach individuals, couples, and small groups. Groups usually take the form of a 2-4 week challenge but can be longer if preferred. You decide who to include in your sessions. Most people opt for individual meetings at first. All sessions are virtual, i.e. Zoom, Face Time, or phone calls so people can be in different locations and still share a session.

COMMITMENT REQUIRED

I offer short-term commitment packages for those who aren’t sure coaching is for them. However, I find that a minimum of 12 weekly sessions works best. Many people achieve a lot in three months and then find they want to continue working through obstacles in order to secure and strengthen their progress. The higher the commitment, the greater the outcome.
